stayed at the hard rock hotel for one night and had a great experience. the staff and security were super polite and kind. our room with a pool view was lovely and made the stay extra special. the elevators required room card access, which really made us feel safe. plus, easy access to dining and entertainment made it a blast!

Great amenities and comfortable rooms!
I had a delightful stay with comfortable bedding and a spacious room that allowed for relaxation. The on-site dining options were varied and delicious, especially enjoyed the Route 66 diner for breakfast. The pool area was refreshing and perfect for unwinding after a day of activities. However, I noticed the shower drain was a bit slow, which could be improved.

The hotel’s decorations were vibrant, with memorabilia throughout, and the spacious lobby created a welcoming atmosphere. The accessibility for seniors was remarkable, with clear signage and convenient ramps making it easy to navigate.
More dining options with extended hours would be nice.

The pool area was inviting and the jacuzzi was perfect for winding down after a long day. Our only small letdown was not finding some of our preferred machines in the casino, but overall it was a fun getaway! 😊

We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed the awesome nachos at the food court and the giant hot tub! The pools looked inviting, especially the outdoor one, perfect for relaxing. Our TV had some issues picking up channels, but overall, it was a great experience and I’d recommend taking advantage of the airport shuttle! 🎉

Had a decent time lots of food options and the kids enjoyed the pool even if it was a bit dirty Great location lots of places to eat without leaving the property.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but for what we got it was still fine.

The reception was exceptionally warm, especially with Hannah who made check-in feel personable. The spacious room on the 14th floor offered a fantastic view and included nice touches like free water bottles and treats. Enjoyed the vibrant casino atmosphere and diverse dining options, but I was disappointed not to use the pool during my short stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hard Rock experience, especially enjoying the musical vibes from the Sound of Your Stay® program. The spacious room was perfect for our family.
In my wife’s opinion, the pool was too shallow for small kids. A deeper and more engaging area for children would greatly enhance the experience for families.
